- City Survive was created by a group of like minded London business
people following the September 11th attacks in New York.
- The CitySurvive.com website was launched in April 2004.
- The company's original product range was made up of anti-terror
protective equipment aimed at those who live and work in London.
- Whilst the company has a definite London focus it also has customers
in the USA and Europe.
- All personal protection equipment offered by City Survive has
CE approval for sale within the EC.
- The recently launched City Survival Kit™ comes in a handy
waist bag that can also accommodate the masks offered by the company
(with the exception of the smoke hood).
- City Survive believe that there will be a requirement for personal
protection products for some time to come, although the main threats
will undoubtedly change over time. For example the current threat
of an outbreak of Bird Flu has been assessed by the company and
a range of protective equipment has been added to the site that
will help reduce the chances of catching the disease via the respiratory
system or eyes should this become a real issue in the UK.
- The company is committed to a customer focused approach and actively
seeks feedback from it's customers especially in relation to products
or services they would like to see made available. For its corporate
and public sector clients City Survive endeavor to create custom
made solutions taking into account the unique requirements that
such organisations may have.
