Our terms and conditions apply
to all online sales conducted via this website.
- We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this site.
- Delivery Times - goods are normally dispatched from our
distribution center in London within 5 working days. Should we run
out of stock of any items and our suppliers be unable to supply
us with any product within 10 working days from the date of your
order we shall notify you by email to advise you of the new delivery
date (this has not happened to date). Should this delivery date
be unacceptable to you City Survive will offer you the option of
a full refund. You will receive an email when your goods are despatched.
- City Survive's online delivery charges only apply to deliveries
to UK destinations. For delivery to the USA an additional £5.50
will be added and for Europe an additional £3.50. For delivery
to other countries City Survive will apply an individual delivery
charge based on the geographical location of that delivery point.
City Survive will not be responsible for delivering the goods where
the address entered is incorrect or incomplete. City Survive reserves
the right to deduct a fee when refunding orders placed where delivery
is outside the areas allowed, or if City Survive deems the order
to have been placed in bad faith, in order to recover any direct
costs incurred in making the refund.
- Where goods are returned to us after delivery has been attempted,
but has failed, such goods will be held for a period of 90 days.
If these goods are not claimed within this period they will be sold
to defray re-stocking and handling costs.
- Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them
we will inform you and you will be given a full refund.
- The goods are sold at the price stated on this website, at the
date we receive the order from you. If we find a pricing error on
our website we will inform you as soon as possible and give you
the opportunity, if you wish, of reconfirming your order at the
correct price or to cancel it. If we cannot contact you we will
cancel the order. If you decide to cancel and have already paid
for the goods you will be given a full refund.
- Delivery charges are as stated on this website. Though every effort
will be made to have the goods delivered by the date shown during
the order process, this date is only an estimate as delivery is
reliant on parties outside our control.
- All custom duties and taxes, where payable, are for your account.
- Most orders can be transacted online using our PayPal Business
Account. We also accept payment by cheque (payable to "City
Survive") as well as direct bank to bank transfer.
- Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree
to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
- We cannot accept returned goods that have been taken out of the
protective wrapping.
- We agree to sell you the goods at the price stated on this website.
- As is the case with all personal protective products we urge you
to ensure that they are used in the correct manner as described
by the manufacturer.
